Overview
Our ‘no reason’ refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase, as our subscription is immediately accessible. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Should technical issues delay the issuing of access, your 30 days will start from the day your subscription is first used, or 7 days after access is issued, whichever is earlier.
Our subscriptions do not auto renew at present, and should we implement an auto-renew option in the future, this will be a ‘one-time’ opt-in process. Afterwards you will receive an email 30 days prior to the renewal, with a further notification 10 days prior to the renewal.
After the 30 day ‘no reason’ refund and returns policy expires, refunds will only be granted whereby UK VPN has technical issues affecting their ability to fulfill service obligations, and any refunds will be partial for the months remaining on the subscription.
Refunds
Once your return request is received and validated, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within no more than 10 working days from the refund approval.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
